For Randy, yoga cultivates the true meaning of wellness: an open mind, fit body, and a dynamic life. It’s an ongoing practice. Continuous growth (not unrealistic perfection) is the goal.
Sveta Ivanchenko is a model, certified yoga teacher, blogger, and busy mother living in NYC. She creates a space for you show up as you are, to explore with courage, and to move your body in the most authentic ways. Her classes have you moving through deep breath work, meditation with a mixture of vinyasa flow, & stretching. Put them together and expect to leave feeling lighter and stronger with reduced stress and tension.
Karen is a Broadway performer, who discovered yoga as a means to alleviate stress while pursuing a very difficult career. She now has been teaching all over the city for almost ten years. Her classes are fun, well rounded, and accessible to all!!
Allison Rihn is a fully certified Pilates instructor through the prestigious Kane School here in NYC. She is certified on both the Mat and all Pilates equipment. She discovered Pilates after being injured during her professional dance career. Pilates helped heal her injuries. She decided she wanted to get certified so she could help others heal from and also prevent injuries. She is passionate about bringing healthy movement into people’s lives!
Kathryn Boswell is a certified 200 hour registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance and an herbalist with The Herbal Academy. She’s a Broadway actress and works extensively in TV/film in NYC for the past decade. She believes in the power of paying attention, deep breathing, and is on a constant search for the best taco in NYC.
Rebeca is a master yoga teacher trained in Meditation, Restorative, and Kundalini Yoga, amongst other styles. She is a passionate student of Philosophy, the Subconscious Mind, Mysticism, and Pranayam as a path to healing. For Rebeca, health and wellbeing of body, mind, and spirit are a priority above all else. Her holistic, down to earth and thorough perspective makes these practices an attainable and fulfilling practice for all her students.
Julie McNamara first discovered yoga in high school, when she was literally dragged to class one Sunday morning. As an ambitious musical theater performer and also a self-professed type-A overachiever, yoga helped her learn to accept the flow of things and to rediscover joy not only in her art but in her life as well. Julie received her 200-hour certification at Princeton Center for Yoga and Health in Skillman, NJ, in 2012 while also working towards her bachelor’s degree in Voice Performance at Westminster Choir College. Julie’s classes balance flow and fun with breathing and letting go. She believes that yoga is for everyone, and loves helping her students find and embrace their beautiful, individual selves through their practice!
Leyla Ali was born and raised in Melbourne, Australia. She relocated to the US to follow her dreams. As a graduate of Performing Arts, her experience as a professional dancer led her to be passionate about movement, fitness, and self-care. Leyla is a certified Pilates instructor and personal trainer with accreditation’s to teach reformer Pilates and TRX. She’s driven to help individuals find confidence and joy in moving their bodies.
Megan Guinta was introduced to GYROTONIC® and Pilates exercise at age 13, which was crucial cross-training for her as an aspiring dancer. These methods built strength & flexibility, helped manage & prevent injuries, & enabled her to earn a BFA in dance at SUNY Purchase, one of the nation’s top dance programs. Megan calls New York City home and teaches throughout the city.
Tanisha is a Florida native who has traveled the world performing in musical theatre in various capacities. Throughout her performance career, she has always used yoga as a form of exercise, physical therapy, and also a sense of grounding while traveling. Full Out Flows was founded in 2020 with the sole mission to provide yoga as an accessible healing source and highlight businesses, organizations, and services that uplift communities of color in the wellness space.
Jillian Sage is a former professional dancer and professional ballet teacher who turned to yoga after tearing both Achilles’ tendons wheelchair bound she was determined to not only walk again but bring the work and practice of yoga to others by sharing the multiple benefits. She holds certifications from Science of Self 300 hour Rose Erin Vaughn, Dharma Yoga 200hr Sri Dharma Mittra, original hot yoga 26&2 Hatha Bikram Yoga, thai yoga body world Lotus Palm, and continuing with the Meridians yoga therapy and TCM traditional Chinese medicine.
Lizzie Markson is passionate about inviting others to open their hearts, create an empowered relationship with their bodies, and reconnect with their intuition using movement and breath. She’s a trauma-informed 200 HR Registered Yoga Teacher and she currently teaches private sessions and weekly classes in Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, and dance. Her intention in every class is to guide each student to honor their own body and find self-compassion. She wholeheartedly believes that loving, intentional movement and full-body breaths have the power to transform the way we each show up in our life with ourselves and with each other. In addition to being a teacher, she is an avid student, actor, singer, dancer, joy-seeker, writer, and runner.
Lauren Cannon is originally from the Pacific Northwest but has called NYC home for the last 10 years. She’s had a wildly successful career performing on Broadway and touring both nationally and internationally. Most recently in WICKED The Musical. Since the pandemic, she’s focused her energy towards her yoga company in hopes of helping the collective as we experience unprecedented times.
Sabrih is passionate about movement and shares her knowledge as a Yoga teacher and Thai masseuse. She grew up in West Africa where she found her love for adventure and inner peace. She has a 200 hr. Yoga Alliance certification and is continuing her education of the Human body through her studies in Physical Therapy at Hunter College. Sabrih has a background teaching Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga, Dance, Core classes and Meditation. Her favorite style is a combination of energetic vinyasa flow combined with mindfulness. Sabrih believes that through breath we provide ourselves a moment to be in the present moment and share peace in this lively moving world. She is influenced by the moments of stillness in and out of yoga.
