Regrowth. Youth. Fresh.

PRP stands for Platelet Rich Plasma and is a treatment for your face and hair. It promotes cell growth and healing thereby rejuvenating your skin and restoring your hair. PRP for hair loss is a three-step medical treatment wherein your blood is drawn, processed and then injected into the scalp. The platelets stimulate dormant follicles and reduce hair loss. PRP encourages healing, regeneration and new cellular growth.

  • Tightens wrinkles and increases elasticity
  • No chance of allergic reactions
  • Renews hair growth on scalp
  • Minimally-invasive and non-surgical
  • Great option for those who are not seeking surgical procedures

PRP for Facial Rejuvenation

At the start of your PRP facial-rejuvenation treatment, a small amount of your blood is drawn. After that, it is spun in a centrifuge to separate its components. This results in a concentrated layer of plasma that is high in platelets, which stimulates collagen production.

PRP injections also aid in the regeneration of facial tissue, which tightens, tones, and smooths the skin, giving it a more youthful appearance. This technique requires minimal downtime, and a local anesthetic is administered to alleviate any discomfort caused by the injections.

Additional Information

What is the recovery time?

You may experience some redness and irritation after the treatment, but you can return to your regular activities immediately. The anesthesia used to numb the skin during PRP therapy usually wears off after around 1-2 hours. Tolerable discomfort and edema at the injection site may also occur in some patients.

When will I see results?

On the scalp or for hair, a series of 3 – 6 treatments will be necessary in order to see results. The benefits are maintained with continual follow-up treatments. For facial treatments, one treatment is typically enough to reap benefits. A few weeks after your treatment, your skin’s natural healing system will begin to regenerate new tissue.

The PRP injection sites will heal quickly, and your facial skin will look firmer and younger. Your skin will continue to create more collagen over time. Wrinkles, fine lines, sun spots, and acne scars will fade with time, and overall skin quality will improve.

Does PRP treat signs of aging?

Yes! PRP can be used to treat skin that is losing its luminescence, lines around the mouth, skin that is losing elasticity, and skin textures that require smoothing.
