Astrology Level 1 CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to Astrology Level 1: Taught by Amy Tripp, curator of Starheal Twitter with over 54k followers, will be conducting and leading this class at Modrn Sanctuarys semi-private Himalayan Salt Room. The glowing healing powers of vibrant salted walls and heated floors provides a calm environment to learn everything the internet can’t teach you about astrology. For level 1, Amy will guide students through your personal reading of your Sun, Moon, & Rising Sign. Following with the teaching of the 4 elements, 3 modalities, and the 12 signs. The end of the class will then be open for questions and feedback to prepare you for Level 2.

Mat Pilates with Deb focuses on core, spine, and breath strengthening. The importance behind the breathing goes deeper than a meditative breath, but the absorption of the Himalayan salt that surrounds you during your semi-private class, 50 min class. Deb is an actor and comes with a lighthearted, witty personality, easing all the aspects of life we take so seriously. Exercises will incorporate balance, functional mobility, and neuro-plasticity. Deb believes it’s important to help students reverse the dysfunctions we all may have from sitting, texting, and typing all day long. She utilizes creative cueing, hands-on help, when appropriate, and believes in teaching the bodies in front of her so that no one feels left out. Everyone leaves feeling empowered in their own strength.

This program will address balancing of the 7 major Chakras through LED color changing salt walls, color visualization meditations, Crystal Reiki healing, and heated salt floors that release negative ions.You will learn about a specific crystal each class and even get to take home the stone used on you for your targeted healing that session. Leave your ego at home. Ko created her practice through passion, experiences, & mindfulness. Similar to a slow flow Vinyasa style, combined with her own practice methods, and her goal to focus on the breath.
‘Ko Yoga GLOW’ combines the healing power of the Himalayan Salt Room and the glowing walls of the 7 Chakra colors, students are encouraged to focus on mindfulness, while also physically moving slowly through the poses.
